1. One-Time Purchases
All one-time purchases are final. Because your package is activated immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your selection carefully before completing checkout.
2. Subscriptions
2.1 Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by referring to your Stripe purchase confirmation email or cancel your subscription directly through them. You can also contact us at: hello@dingerderby.io for assistance. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a billing cycle.
2.2 Changing Your Subscription
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription package at any time from your account dashboard, or through the link provided in your Stripe purchase confirmation email. Changes take effect immediately:
- Upgrades — You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, then billed at the new rate going forward.
- Downgrades — Your new rate will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
3. No Refund Policy
Dinger Derby does not offer refunds on any purchases, including one-time packages and subscription fees. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
